Novara stands behind every product we ship. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
How to Start a Return
Email support@novaratech.io with your order number and reason for return. Our team replies within 24 hours with a prepaid return label (USA orders).
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we'll replace it free of charge — no return shipment required.
Non-Returnable Items
Final-sale items, gift cards, and personalized products cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order once the refund is processed.
