Shipping Information
All Novara orders ship directly from our U.S. warehouses. We ship to the United States only.
Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Time: Standard shipping takes 5 to 10 business days after processing.
Shipping Costs: Free standard shipping on orders over $75. A flat rate of $6.99 applies to orders under $75.
Order Tracking: A tracking link is emailed to you the moment your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages: Contact support@novaratech.io within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace damaged items at no cost.
Address Changes: Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order enters processing, the shipping address cannot be changed.
